DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:
Have a valid CDL Class A
Be at least 21 years old
Meet DOT requirements and pass a DOT physical, which includes substance screening
Have a safe driving record
Have good work history
Be able to fulfill the physical demands of the job
OFFICE POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Communicate with Customers and Financial Dep representatives
Analyze incoming requests
Identify and prioritize critical issues, problems and root causes
Prepare user stories and plan sprints
Create comprehensive instructions and user manuals
Provide information support about changes
Participation in investigation
Present complex analysis results in client meetings
Able to deal with all product stakeholders
